I had interviewed her on Sunday night and we both agreed that she would be coming in Wednesday to help watch the kids. We both had each other's cell phone numbers and so I messaged her the day of to confirm and her response was "I messaged you on Sittercity ..." to inform me that she took on another job with another family. Her message to me on SitterCity was Monday evening at 6:51 p.m. instead of texting me to let me know directly. I had made plans to accommodate her being here. I'm not mad that she got another job. I'm frustrated that she couldn't have told me directly in case I didn't get the memo on this platform. I found it very unprofessional. Hopefully, she doesn't flake like that with the new family.

Kelly has been a positive and important part of my daughters life since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 2 and half and one of the only people I trust to watch my daughter. When she is with her she devotes all her time to reading, teaching, doing crafts, and playing with her. Kelly is a very loving and nurturing person. Any parent and child would be blessed to having Kelly in their lives. I know my whole family was blessed the day she agreed to be there for us and our child.
