Children have always been my soft spot, I was the little girl at family gatherings who wanted to hold the baby and help change diapers. My mother was ill for the entirety of my childhood and my father passed at a very young age so allot of the responsibility fell on me. I was emancipated at fifteen and the economy had not yet recovered to where it is now so work was even more scarce. I worked as a live-in nanny with a single family until I graduated from Poway High in 2012 and left for college. Before that I was always the neighborhood babysitter, even working with toddlers with sever diabetes and other health concerns that required close monitoring. I love children and have a nurturing and gentle spirit. I have experience with all age ranges, infants and young children are my favorite but no age group scares me. Read more I'm an excellent cook and a bit of a health nut. I was also a tutor in high school so I'm always happy to help with homework or reading and math skills or swimming, (we are in San Diego)! I know some ASL and Spanish, and have experience working with EMT's and emergency crews. Best wishes to you and your family.
