Marlee C.

It is not an overstatement to say that Marlee is completely amazing. My family found ourselves in a pinch when our new nanny cancelled at the last minute, so we asked Marlee to come over for a meet and greet. We really appreciated that she was willing to stop by just to meet us with less than 24 hours notice, and upon meeting her, we were thrilled to find ourselves in the presence of a calm, peaceful, and wise presence, who was completely natural around our children and ready to fill in for a week until we could resolve our childcare issues. Both my two year old and five year old immediately took to her. My husband and I felt 100% safe leaving my youngest daughter in her care (my older daughter was at school), and when I returned home from work, I discovered that she had also cleaned our house, arranged our books, and folded all of our laundry. On the second day she sat for us, my poor little daughter had a stomach bug and threw up, and Marlee took care of her, put her down for a nap, and cleaned up any trace of a mess. She is just wonderful - the kind of sitter that both the parents and the kids love!

Having Marlee was a huge help to our family. She was very detailed about our sons day so we knew where he was at when we came home. Having an infant who was going through schedule changes it was nice to know she was writing down what she saw. If we thought we wanted to make changes to his routine based on this behavior patterns she was always willing to work with us and help us with insights about what she saw throughout their time together. She was very engaging with music and tummy time along with story time and feedings. Lando would light up when he saw her come through the door. Marlee was always available to us when out schedules became hectic and constantly offered her services to us if we needed a date night or had events going in at work where we would need to have him taken care of. In addition Marlee was a bug help with daily chores such as dishes and laundry. With both of us working long hours at times it was a great help.

Marlee has been a great additional to our family. She is the full time nanny to my 1-year old daughter and also watches my 5 year old daughter when she is home from school. My baby loves her and is excited to see her every morning. My older daughter loves to tell Marlee stories and to do art with her. Not only does Marlee do an excellent job watching my youngest during the day; dressed, fed, engaged, and happy, but Marlee helps keep our family running. From cleaning up dishes in the kitchen to the extra load of laundry that I haven't been able to get too, Marlee is a tremendous help to our household. Unfortunately we are moving to Japan and are unable to take her with us.

Marlee was a tremendous help to our family . She was a very kind nanny to our 5-month old infant daughter. We will certainly consider contacting her again in the future should the need arise.

Marlee was not only on time, but she arrived early as well. She cared for my two sons (2.5yrs & 6 months) while my husband and I went on a date night. Both boys were properly taken care of. My older son really liked her, and my baby was changed with a fresh set of clothes (since he is teething he drools like crazy) when we arrived home. I would definitely recommend Marlee for your babysitting needs!
