My name is Skylah Mendoza and I am currently a college student at UCSD. I am a member of the honor roll since my freshman year of college and am majoring in psychology. I have a pretty flexible schedule with my classes. But I have babysat for one family consistently for about two years. I have also babysat for occasional date nights for three families total. The children I have babysat ranged from the ages of 2-12 years old both boys and girls. My responsibilities have been: cooking, cleaning, playing, bathing, putting kids to bed, taking kids out (park, store etc.), and helping with homework. My goal while babysitting is to allow the kids an enjoyable experience where they have fun and feel safe but also get their responsibilities done ( homework, activities etc.)
