My name is Sterling and I was born and raised in SF! I am currently working as a full-time nanny, and specialize in caring for infants between the ages of 2-12 months. I enjoy utilizing Montessori methods through play-based learning, and am knowledgeable on the topic of baby-led weaning + sleep training as well. I have experience caring for multiple children at once, and have also nannied for sets of twins. My goal pertaining to the children I work with, is to foster as much confidence + independence that I can within them. I recently began studying RIE (Resources for Infant Educaters) and implement those tools with the infants that I am working with. I also enjoy utilizing baby ASL, as a way to foster independence and communication between myself, and the child that I am working with. I would love to hear what you are looking for in a Read more potential nanny/ sitter and see if we'd be a good fit!
