My name is Nora, I'm 28 years old, Asian, married but have no kid yet. I currently live in San Jose and I'm a student at Evergreen Valley College. 15 to 25 working hours/week is a perfect fit for my need for now until the next 2 years. About my experience, I have at least 3.5 years experience working as a Personal Assistant for a Private Real Estate Broker and a Director in San Jose and Cupertino such as running errands, household management and child care assistant because a part of my current job is to taking care of the Director's only child and I've been working for her for 2.5 years until now. I'm currently working from 9 a.m. to around 3:30 p.m. weekdays. The baby will start to go to preschool full time at the end of this coming September 21st so I need to find another job Read more to replace this one. During the day, I transport her to different schools and activities so I can provide you the record from DMV when needed. About me, I'm retaking another 2 years degree in Business Administration. I have no problem to communicate in English because if I can't understand I will ask right away. I do renew my CPR and First Aid every 2 years if you concern about. As I've share with you, I do have family so I would like to take 2 weeks off at the end of each year and 1 week off during the year to visit our long distance family. I promise to work for you at least 1 year if we both happy with each other. If I really need to quit my job, I will notice you at least 2 weeks in advance so you can manage your life too. About the salary, I'm very open to negotiate as long as it is fair and reasonable for both of us.

Nora has been taking care of my 6 month old son for over a month now and has been doing a great job! She works between 10-15 hours each week. Not only is she responsive and thorough in her review and implementation of any specific instructions I might leave for the day, she makes it a point to send multiple video/text updates throughout her shift. Being away from my son for 11 hours each day is tough but her updates always brighten my day and helps me to stay as connected as possible. Nora takes extra care to vary his daily activities and works with me to achieve his milestones. She values establishing a routine for him and always puts my son's needs first.
