I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old, and have a wide range of experiences, I am confortable with infants and older children (can also provide tutoring/homework help). I was a full time Nanny for 6 months (two summers). I recently graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in Neuroscience and Public Health, and am currently working part time at the Cal Poly Center for healthy kids. I am BLS certified for both children and infants, and working towards getting my EMT certification while I prepare to go to medical school. I am also a trained crisis counselor and volunteer with a crisis hotline. At NU I worked in a lab that studies developmental psychology, so I work a lot with kids in that setting as well. I consider myself to be patient and creative, I love playing games and doing arts and crafts with kids. Since I was Read more 14 I have been running summer camps out of my house in Talent Oregon for kids age 4-12. At camp I teach about plants and animals, lead nature walks, teach different arts and crafts, and facilitate games. I also have twin sisters who are 5 years younger than me that I have been sitting for since I was 12.
