I have been working with children for over 30 years and I still love it! I have worked in both public and private settings. ECE Ca Certified teacher, with specialty certificates in Children's Literature and Violence intervention. I am CPR and First Aid trained and certified for adults, children and infants. I have been a Pop Warner coach and have volunteered for many organizations that help children, teens and the disabled, I have also worked as a Family Assistant and Personal Assistaint, as well as caring for the elderly and disabled. I have worked with large groups pf children, small groups, infant twins through adolescence and more. I also have a clean DL and Trustline Certified. I believe that if your children are having fun while they learn that they will retain the information better and become happy and productive people in society one day! I set clear boundaries for Read more safety and Im highly organized. I keep thing neat and tidy, but also know that somedays we may get dirty in our explorations! We'll learn to have fun but know when to clean up together. It makes for a much easier day - for everyone. I love to plan curriculum and adventures based on the children's interests. Keeping in mind that ages range in a household - I always make sure everyone is included in something they are able to do. Playing on their strengths and helping gain new ones. Whether we are outdoors exploring or inside creating art, music, food or the many activities I can create, there is always something to learn and have fun doing. I will always let you know how the day went and how your children are doing and what their interest are. All the milestones.
