I have spectacular schedule management and ability to balance multiple responsibilities and am able to adapt to situations relatively quickly and handle pressure and stress nicely. This skill is what helps me excel at taking care of kids and making sure they are well-kept and taken care of properly while they also have fun. I am the eldest sister and cousin in a family of 30 and so I know from experience how to handle children. I know where and when it is time to have fun and be playful with kids but I also am keenly aware of the fact that they are just children and need direction and assertiveness which I can balance perfectly.
