I am currently a sophomore at Santa Clara University and I am on the women's water-polo team. I love to cook, play sports and interact with children. I am a pre-teaching major at the university and will continue to get my masters and teaching credential after I graduate. I was a part-time nanny all throughout high school and a full-time nanny during my summers. I have experience with all ages of children, including special needs children. I have a brother with Down's Syndrome so I have experience working with children who have disabilities. I also am very experienced with infants and toddlers due to the ages of my younger siblings. I have a passion for working with children and creating fun and engaging activities to further a child's education. My love for children and negative attitude towards school as a child has fostered my aspiration to be an elementary teacher. Read more I hope to create a positive classroom environment where my students will enjoy coming to school and to instill values in my students that they will carry with them throughout their lives. Having said that, I strive to be a fun, engaging and educational nanny that children look forward to spending time with.
