My name is Pepper and graduated from college from a Bachelor degree of Fine Arts. Practiced interior designing for 2 years, 4 years in construction as a project manager. Then I worked for 9 years as a purchasing manger in a Toy Company. I retired early and joined a charity work for orphanage children. That's when I got interested taking care of people especially kids. i enjoyed it very much since I came from a family/culture that is family oriented. I just found this kind of job very fullfilling since my goal is to serve people.
