I am a caring, happy, and positive individual who loves being a Nanny. I was a CA state licensed and Military certified Family Child Care Provider for 8 years, an Infant Teacher at NASNI for 1 year, and I also spent 13 years working in public and private preschools, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools as an Instructional Assistant. I have enjoyed 3 long term families and many short term families as a professional Nanny. I provide frequent outings to parks, libraries, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Indoor Playgrounds, etc. Of course, adjustments had to be made during Covid but we still managed to explore, grow, and learn. I enjoy doing age appropriate cooking and arts and crafts activities as well. I love to incorporate music and reading into our daily routine as it's a great way to work on expanding our learning, especially with language development. I also enjoy Read more teaching basic baby sign language and incorporating that into our routine. I am looking for a part-time nanny position at or near 30 hours per week M-F, caring for 1 infant or toddler. I am Trustline certified, have my CPR and First Aid training, and water safety certificate. I take pride in my role as a professional caregiver and strive to create a positive learning experience for the children in my care. I have a clean driving record. I am very reliable, punctual, patient, caring, compassionate and extremely safety conscious. I truly love working with children. I look forward to becoming an integral part of a family where I can assist in raising a child who is healthy, happy, creative and loves to explore the world.
