Hi and thank you for reading my profile! My name is Amber and I am a current Master’s of Social Work student. I graduated last year with my Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Sociology. As I focus on my studies I am looking to help a family part-time during the day. I have four years of experience working in early childhood education environments as a Lead Infant Teacher and at other times as a nanny in individual family homes. I love being able to help families by caring for their children in a safe and loving environment. I enjoy creating routines for children, engaging them in play-based learning, and helping them learn social-emotional skills through the world around them. After completing my Master’s I hope to be a licensed social worker and continue to help families and children thrive and flourish!
