Hello, My name is LouRae and I am 20 years old. I have a lot of experience with children, some of my past experience is: Being a head teacher (the youngest one they have ever had) for a pre-school, Sunday school for a year. I loved the energy and excitement in the classroom mixed with a teaching environment. I have baby sat since I was very young starting with my own siblings and cousins and then onto others children and even have been a part time nanny. I have another job where I am a princess for a party company, we run the party and have fun with the kids and keep the energy light and fun and safe. I am mandated by the state of California and have taken child development classes to obtain this. I have also been a party host, I started when I was 16. I think that children should have fun, and that's part of a nanny's job, but the other part is making sure that wisdom is being used to make decisions regarding the kids. I am also a full time student in a nursing program to become a pediatric nurse. I take watching children to the highest of seriousness, I understand the amount of trust it takes to put your most precious possession in someone else's hands, and I take that very seriously.
