I grew up in a large family with many siblings and cousins who led by example how to care for your younger siblings and cousins. I love being a sitter because children are funny, insightful, and I always learn from them as they do from me. I have a variety of interests which allows me to easily connect kids and adults about their own interests from animals, arts, books, music, sports, etc. My philosophy for caring for children is giving them agency (depending on age) and allowing them to guide me in what activities we engage in (within parental parameters).
