Hi! I'm Jenna. A little bit about me: I'm fun-loving, enthusiastic, energetic, responsible and nurturing. I'm the oldest of 4 in my family, and have been in a care-taking role most of my life! I worked as an Infant/toddler certified pre-school teacher in Boston, MA prior to moving to California in 2010 to pursue my graduate education. I received my masters degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University in June 2014, and just moved down to Los Angeles from the Bay Area to live with my boyfriend. I have worked with children for many years in various capacities: teaching dance to children ages 2-teen, babysitting and nannying jobs, as a certified pre-school teacher, a community-based therapist, and finally a school-based therapist. I feel that the relationship between caregiver and child is very special, as that person plays a major role in the young person's life. I'm currently looking for occasional childcare jobs this summer while I look for a position as a full-time therapist. I will be traveling from July 3-25 but available last week of June and upon return.
