My 8+ years of experience looks something like this; I worked with a family of triplets for almost 5 years, after parting ways with them I worked with a family who's children were 2 and 4 years old, after 1+ year with them I began doing more occasional and onetime sitting jobs. Would not recommend this individual. Totally unreliable and not honest. Her modus operandi is to book care with families, and then call the day before or on the day off care and give an excuse such as not having enough money, no transportation and try to get you pay her in advance of the job or pay for her Transporation. She does this last minute to ensure that the family has no other options for care and is left in a bind and then succumb to her requests. Would warn other families to stay away from this individual as she has same reputation on other care platforms too!
