My name is Alyssa, I am 24 years old, and I am originally from the Bay Area. I graduated from University of San Francisco last year in May and decided it was time for a change in scenery, so I moved to LA! I have experience working with children as a nanny and also in a variety of other settings such as a daycare, a hospital, and a clinic. However, my passion for working with children began much longer before my work experience, but when I finally became a big sister at the age of 9. Adjusting to the big age gap between my 6 younger siblings and I wasn't easy, but the older I got, the more I appreciated it. And now that I live quite a distance from them, I miss being their caretaker more than anything.
