My first job at 16 was at Teddy Bear Day Care in Seaside, CA in 1991. It was the beginning of many years of working with children. I've worked in an after school program, have done respite care for prematurely born twins as well as a 3 year old girl with Down syndrome, led a small children's choir in my church, taught Sunday school, volunteered for VBS (Vacation Bible School), worked as a Nanny and am currently working at a local elementary school in a dream job where I get to teach music to kids! I really enjoy the connections I get to make with children. Each one is so unique! I have a current Child and Infant CPR certificate.
