I really wish we hadn't hired this nanny. We did several interviews and liked and trusted her. I had her come in for a trial day and we paid her for her time. We also paid for her background check on this website. We offered her the position and she accepted it. She knew that I was starting a new job and I was 100% relying on her to take care of my baby. 2 business days before my new job started, she quit. She gave no reason at all. This was terrible for us as I had to put my baby in daycare (something I REALLY did not want to do). Anyway, Maria, or Fatima - she goes by both names - was completely unreliable. If you need someone reliable, she is not the right person. On the plus side
