Meet Sofia

  • Comfortable with pets

I come from a very large Hispanic/Latino family, because of that I have plenty of experience caring for children. I was a Girl Scout for a year before heading off to college and I worked with girls between the ages of 5-13. As a Facilitator, I would encourage the girls to think for themselves and to think outside of the box and find new ways of creating/solving problems. I also worked as a Personal Care Assistant for a 13yr old autistic child, a couple summers ago in 2016. I would practice sensory & verbal exercises with her. Had I not moved to California to finish school and receive my BFA, I would most likely still be seeing her. I know I have the friendly, energetic and reliable characteristics that your family is looking for.

The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers.
