I have been growing up with 3 younger siblings, where one has a mental disability (caused by a birth trauma). As I love children and spending time with them, I've been working as a babysitter for the neighbor's children during my teenage years. As I got older and could take more responsibilities, I was working as a supervisor for children and teenage vacation camps. I was traveling from Germany to Hungary with a group of 40 children. During the vacation I organized camp events including night walks, stick bread by the bonfire or different kind of sports activities. I took great care of the children and consoled them when it was their first time away from home or just read bedtime stories in the dorm room. After that I was a longterm nanny of a sweet toddler and her gorgeous older sister. As both parents were busy high executives, I Read more picked up the kids from kindergarten and pre-school. If they weren't too tired we went to the playground or visited the zoo or we just dressed up at home and played princesses. In the evening I've cooked a delicious dinner for the kids and I made both ready for bed. I always read a long bedtime story till they fall asleep and waited till their parents came home from work. I also brought the kids to doctor's appointments, ballet lessons or birthday parties of their friends. I made the kids laundry and prepared their breakfast for the next day. I love cooking and as for myself I love eating healthy which contains only organic and unprocessed freshly made food, I am doing the same when it comes to cooking for the little ones I am taking care of. From time to time I even try to involve the kids into the cooking process or we bake delicious cookies as I have noticed how much they enjoy it. Keeping children happy and safe is my number one priority. I keep them under watchful eyes and always make certain they avoid dangerous situations. At the same time I give them the space and ability to explore new things. I am good at helping them follow rules and encourage them to clean up after themselves while I help them do so. I'm bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. I would love to playful teach the kids another language. Besides my passionate work as a Nanny I have an excellent educational foundation with law studies at Europe‘s best universities. I would be able to help older children with their homework. I hope I meet your expectations and can support your family.
