What makes me a great caregiver/babysitter is I have lots of energy and patience. I'm always going to be in a positive mood, no matter what. I try and encourage kids to play outside and use there imagination, and I try to keep screen time at a minimum. I have nannied for two boys for three summers and enjoyed watching them grow. Kids are funny and I find it amazing how much I learn from them.
