I'm a mother of 2 young adults. I was able to stay home with them for 23 years. I love animals, I've had 4 dogs in my lifetime. However, I'm allergic to cats. Currently we have a very active Korean Jindo my husband and I take for long walks daily. I love the outdoors and exploring. I have always been active in my kids schools helping their teachers, the PTA, being a team mom, head of spirit wear for my sons high school baseball team and daughters softball team and the VP of the booster club for my daughters high school softball team. I also worked in the high schools Bingo program for 6 years doing various jobs to pay for school activities. Since I was able to be at home I watched a friends kids because I didn't like them being home alone. In my adult professional life, I Read more have always done administrative work. I haven't always been happy doing it, so I decided I should do what I love. Since I loved staying home with my kids I thought the next best thing would be being a nanny. I believe kids need adults they can count on for care, compassion, and guidance and I would like to teach a child all the wisdom I have learned over the years. I've always tried to be that person for my kids friends which earned me the nick name Mama Golden. I am very creative, crafty and adventurous and would love to teach a child to be a great person for our world.
