Makenna was great with our son but was not reliable. We went ahead and hired her even after getting a bad reference from one of her previous families she nannied where they said the same thing. It’s disappointing to leave this type of review but I’d hate for another family to be left in the same predicament we were left in and have no care for their child due to last minute canceling.
