I grew up with three younger siblings. When I was being raised I was helping to raise them while my parents were out supporting us. I took care of them doing a variety of things such as cooking meals, laundry, driving them to sporting event, school, etc. In addition to my family, I also helped watch out for their friends ( you can imagine how packed our house got). I have always considered this responsibility as such a blessing because you get to watch children grow, learn, and experience life. To be a part of that, even a little bit warms my heart. I also have had the opportunity on many occasions to baby sit, dog sit, and nanny for many of my co-workers children and animals. Watching them grow, play, and laugh has always been one of my favorite things to do. Through out high school, I was a Read more swim instructor and a lifeguard. Instructing and evaluating children from as young as infants to as old as pre- teen age as they learned how to blow bubbles and swim brings me so much happiness.
