Hi families! My name is Kimberly, I’m a 20 y/o Nanny and full time Elementary Education major at Colorado Christian University. I wasn’t always an education major; my career path, I thought, was always in the medical field. More specifically, I saw myself getting my BSN. I was babysitting for a date night after my full-time Nanny job when I realized I have a passion for teaching kids, and I am inspired when kids learn from me. I left that gig when the parents got home around 9PM, and the next day I emailed my college advisor and told her I wanted to switch to education. I will never regret that decision. My passion and inspiration comes from kids of all ages. From newborns who are fascinated by the smallest of things, to the curiosity of toddlers and preschoolers that make them relentless and brave.
