Hello there parents! My name is Michelle Rey and thank you for checking out this profile! As someone who grew up in a multi-family setting in rural Georgia, I understand that family is everything and the connections and relationships it nourishes are long-term. I have recently decided to pursue, yet another, degree in anticipations of becoming an advocate and mentor for young adolescents struggling with any of the challenges and dilemmas that life can present to one's front door. Between my many sets of biological and adoptive parental figures in my life, everyone is either an educator or therapist. I am heavily influenced by the impact of my own education not only from my family but from the educational setting as well; everything starts with clear communication, morals, and understanding. As an younger millennial, I have experienced how challenging navigating the modern day teenage years can be, but at the Read more end of the day it is my absolute goal to ensure your child is happy, healthy, and safe. I want to ensure that they feel validated, respected, and valued. In regards to any hesitations regarding my experience, I completely understand and will lay out everything I have to offer here for you to read. I am one of five siblings in my own family and was raised on a dairy farm in Georgia. My grandparents adopted my sister and I after our other siblings and we were raised by them until 2012. The responsibilities for everyone on the farm was to take care of each other, so my sense of work ethic and family bonding comes heavily from my country upbringing. Once I graduated both high school and college early with my degrees, I worked in dental offices as a certified expanded function dental assistant for almost 10 years in mostly pediatric, orthodontic, and surgical settings. I'm highly passionate about helping people and making them feel at ease even in the most uncomfortable situations, like the dental office. I'm educated and have experience and training with BLS from my medical and dental years. I cannot wait to experience the interactions with those seeing the world in fresh ways for the first time and am excited to expand upon my experience here to make me an even better provider for future generations as well. I am so much to learn from your kids! Some interesting or different things to know about me: I love the PNW coast. It is so gorgeous! I have a dog named Winston who is about 12 years old. I love to paint and take my dog on picnic dates :)
