I have a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in School Social Work, which had me working three days a week with school age children, both with and without special needs, this past school year. I was a camp counselor for YMCA camps for five summers and have babysat on and off for 12 years. My goal has always been to work with children. I was previously a lifeguard and have held both First Aid and CPR trainings in recent years. I currently hold a certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention. I have recently had a background check run through a separate site that I can show proof of and I have been fingerprinted for my jobs in schools with no issues. I currently nanny for a family with 2 school age children 3pm-6 p.m. MTWF, looking for work that can compliment these hours.
