I recently worked an Au pair in Germany and England, and I've worked with children since I was 13 in my church nursery. I also have experience with children with disabilities. Im employed with BVSD as a substitute. I believe in positive reinforcement and maintaining a routine/rules while letting kids be kids. I love the outdoors, baking, singing, and reading.
