Hi I'm Lor (they/them or he/him)! I've worked in childcare off and on for 10 years, and ultimately always return to it because of the joy it brings me. I'm currently obtaining my masters degree for clinical mental health counseling so learning about development and milestones is something I do every day and am very passionate about. I've done everything from working as an assistant teacher at a Montessori style preschool, to working at a camp for neurodivergent children, to nannying for several families. I’ve worked with many children with severe behavioral delays, developmental delays, neurodivergency, and have assisted with speech therapy. I've worked with infants to 12-year-olds, with the majority of my nannying experience being with babies and toddlers. Availability starting in June of 2023! Looking for short term care such as filling in for a nanny on maternity leave, mother’s helper positions, emergency care and babysitting.
