I have done both jobs for about 3 years. For the summer I am looking to do drop in Nanny, maybe a Nanny share, possibly if your Nanny is going on Vacation & you need someone to fill in. I also really enjoy doing over night care for parents who need a getaway. I have lots of references & experience. My former job was I asked ran my own in home Childcare for 27 years.
