I have been a stay at home mom to 3 boys for the last 18 years. I have taken care of many friends and neighbors children over these last years and have decided to leap back into a caregiver role because I love kids and everything that comes with it! I have a degree in Family Services and Psychology from the University of Iowa. I loved staying home with my guys and can't wait to take care of more children. Besides babysitting for children off and on for the last several years, I often volunteered at Homestead Elementary with my kids classes doing art, field trips, field days, music, and reading. I enjoy the one on one aspect of nannying and hope to form a close relationship with a new family, while still having the flexibility of taking care of my older (and less mom-dependent) children. Art, reading, going to Read more parks, storytimes, swimming, dancing, and listening to music are all in my repertoire as well as much life experience with raising happy, healthy, loving humans. I am an animal lover as well and am happy to do housework and errands. Having managed my own home for the last 20 years, I am well versed in what is needed to help life run smoothly.
