Hello! My name is Nicki and I am a former teacher (among other professions) and I have been babysitting, tutoring and working with children for over 15 years. Over the last 15 years, I have spent time babysitting for various families in the many communities I have become a part of, both in New York where I grew up and here in Denver after moving here in 2015. I have extensive experience with with children from one years old and older! Since moving to Denver, I taught as both a long term sub and a third grade teacher in North Park Hill before deciding to take my career in a different direction. I have since worked as a case coordinator, office manager and customer experience. I have build relationships with my former students and families and continued to babysit once I left the teaching field. I studied Elementary Education as Read more an undergrad and before moving to Denver, I spent 8 summers worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor (WSI certified) at a day camp in New York. Half of the day was spent teaching groups of 6-8 year olds swimming, while the other half was spent lifeguarding, playing with the children and making sure the pool area remained safe. I am an avid snowboarder and enjoy spending time in the mountains whenever I can!
