I work for the public school system and am seeking a part time Nanny position. I have been screened by the Colorado Bereau of Investigation to work in a position of trust with youth. I work well with children, they respond to my babysitting style. I have structure that the children I work with follow, as well as myself. At the top of this list is respect. I give the children I work with the utmost respect, when I do this I find that they in turn respect me. This is a good starting point for building a relationship. I like to be active with the children I watch. I go to the pool, library, zoo, craft hour and the park. I do not encourage the children I care for to watch a lot of TV.
