I've been caring for children almost 14 years off and on, from toddlers to middle school aged children. I grew up babysitting for a large family and transitioned into being a camp counselor for children aged 3-6 for several summers in high school. Previously I was an assistant teacher for preschool and elementary aged children, and I just finished my third year teaching at a DPS middle school. Reading, cooking, and hiking are my favorite activities during my free time. I am CPR and first aid certified, have my own car, and love pets! I am passionate about caring for children and love having the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.
