My name is Kendall, I am from central New Jersey and just recently graduated from James Madison University studying Architectural Design. I was involved in a lot of clubs and organizations at school such as the Interior Architecture Club, Italian Club, and a sister of Sigma Kappa Sorority. I graduated from high school as an International Baccalaureate Diploma Student and was a part of my school's student council all four years. I played a lot of sports growing up such as soccer, lacrosse, and track. I took cooking classes when I was younger and still continue to use those skills I learned in the kitchen while I cook and bake. In my personal time, I love to do activities that involve arts and crafts, hence my major. I come from a big family with 3 siblings and 70+ first cousins. My mom is a special needs teacher and my father Read more is a Vice President in a Marketing Services company. In the past, I have worked as a hostess and waitress at two local restaurants in my hometown. I have interned at a Interior Design Center since I was a senior in high school during the summers and on breaks. I also have helped my mother in her special needs classroom to help the kids with their social skills and everyday activities they are taught. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old and have been a nanny/sitter ever since then. Taking care of kids came naturally to me due to my experience with my little brother and younger cousins. In middle school, I babysat everyday after school and on weekends whenever the families needed me. During my high school years, once I had a car, I began to take on the role of a nanny. Taking jobs whenever I was available, I would work about 30 hours a week on average. I have been on several vacations with the families I sit for helping the parents while they relaxed. I nanny every summer during the hours that I am not interning. I have babysat kids ranging from the ages of newborn to 15 years old. In the past, I have babysat up to 5 kids at a time, ranging in all ages. In total, I have babysat for about 30 families in the past and still continue to sit for a variety of different families based on their schedule and my availability. I have no problem helping kids with their homework, studying, and school projects. Also, I can help with practicing for certain sports and activities that they partake in. I drive a black 2016 Honda Accord.
