I'm Cale, I am 25 years old, from Denver. I have a knack for leadership, organization, and communication. Family is very important to me both personally and philosophically. I'm passionate about seeing kids thrive and have fun. I strive to help other families get better quality time together and relieve stress through my role as a caregiver! I have received multiple in-person CPR and First Aid trainings and certifications. Because the cost of recertification is quite high I have not done that since May 2020. The best way to deal with an emergency is preventing it. I babysat for multiple years as a teenager for kids ages 6 months to 11 years. At a party, you'll probably find me on the floor with the kiddos or pets. I have a few years of volunteer experience in an elementary school and a church nursery. Since nannying became my job, I have cared for ages 1 month to 5 years. I provide care in home and can do school pick ups and short field trips. I think all ages have great things to offer, and individual kids are different and I want to put in the work and time to build those relationships so we can maximize the fun! I'm a big fan of small young humans so watching children is not a chore for me. The more difficult associated jobs are worth the mostly awesome work. My style as an authoritative figure is always respectful, gentle, and kind. When mutually respectful roles are in place, so many difficulties are prevented. Talking with kids and coming to agreements is a fabulous tool, playing and distraction is great for younger kids. I am prepared to deal with whatever challenges come up during the day or night.
