I get very close to the children that I nanny and their families, giving my all to their well being, emotional and intellectual growth, and development into self sufficient, confident little humans. I believe in starting young as far as manners and good habits go, and firmly believe infants have more understating of their surroundings and what we communicate to them than many first time parents seem to think.
