As the second oldest child in a family of 6, I’ve always had to care for my younger siblings. My mother also had her own daycare in the past and my stepmother has worked in public schools for over 20 years, so I know what caring for children entails. I don’t have any recent paid experience as I’ve been working retail for the past 5 years but have decided to change my career path and plan to continue my degree in Early Education. I have done plenty of paid babysitting in the past during my teenage years, but can’t wait to work with children again.
