Hello! My name is Tatum and I grew up in Wisconsin on a hobby farm. I love spending time with kids and animals! In high school I worked as a babysitter before moving to Minneapolis. Once in Minneapolis, I worked in the Downtown YMCA Preschool while attending Augsburg University where I got a degree/certification in music therapy. I also have experience working as a substitute preschool/school age assistant teacher. I think this experience taught me how to adapt quickly to new environments. I have worked with a variety of ages in school settings from 6 weeks old to 10. After completing undergrad, I began practicing as a music therapist. Within a music therapy context, I have experience with children, adolescents, adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities, and elders in long term care/hospice settings. In my spare time I enjoy hiking and camping with my dog, Banjo, exploring the Denver metro area, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.
