Hello!! My name is Corinne and I recently moved to Denver from Virginia to pursue my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. I graduated from a school in Virginia in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minored in Childhood Studies. In between graduating and now, I was a substitute teacher, working primarily in one elementary school. Working in one school allowed me to create amazing connections with kiddos in pre-school to 6th grade. My time as a substitute reaffirmed my passion with working with children and solidified my desire to help ensure every child, no matter their background or abilities, receives the proper educational and emotional support to enjoy and thrive at school. In college, I took numerous classes on childhood development, allowing me to recognize and support developmental milestones. During college and high school, I have babysat and Read more nannied for multiple families, with children ages 2 to 12. I am a big supporter of all forms of self-expression! My personal favorites are singing and painting. I love getting outside and enjoying the day. Being newer to the area, I would love to be able to explore and become familiar with my new home by taking kiddos to events and activities! I have a reliable car to transport myself and up to 4 kiddos! I am a big animal lover, so your furry children are no problem. Meal prep and light housework do not scare me, either!
