Hi! My name is Lily and I recently graduated from school in Manhattan and moved out to LA. I have been working with kids since I was 12 and it is truly one of my favorite ways to spend my time. When babysitting/nannying I like to take the kids outside and create fun adventures, whether that is going to the neighborhood park and making up stories or even taking them on a small hike if they are old enough. I love art and creative writing, so I always try to incorporate a lot of creativity and crafts into my time spent with the kiddos. I am free-spirited but also know how to have serious conversations and make sure everyone is being respected while having fun. I am very energetic and compassionate. My most important value while watching kids is making sure they feel seen, heard, connected, and are enjoying themselves!
