I have worked in Early Childhood Education for 10 years, with children from a wide variety of backgrounds, and currently teach at Warren Village Learning Center. I've also been a foster parent, nanny, and regular babysitter. My philosophy of development is that children need love, attention, and responsive care to succeed as well as structure, gentle guidance, patience, and consistency to thrive. I've taken the Parenting Safe Children seminar with Feather Berkower L. C. S. W. and am passionate about keeping kids safe from sexual abuse. I have two little ones of my own, ages 5 and 18-months, so I am seeking employment that allows me to let our youngest join in during the day.
