Hi! My name is Kailey and I am 25 years old:) I have a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University in Psychology and Sociology. I am currently working towards an online Masters of Science Degree in clinical and mental health counseling. I have babysat & nannied since I was in 5th grade. I am one of 5 girls all born within 6 years of each other! I have a huge extended family with 26 first cousins that grew up like siblings to me. I have always been around kiddos and dogs! I have many years of experience being a nanny and being around kiddos of every age as well as several different family dynamics. My mom is also a nanny and I have learned so much from her. I grew up in a smaller town on a dead end street. I grew up close with my neighbors which is where Read more my earliest childcare experience started along with younger cousins. For as long as I can remember my mom was watching/raising/teaching and loving a baby whether it was as a nanny, help for a friend, or as an aunt. Growing up there was always babies around and as I learned to assist my mom or even just join them when they did fun activities, I developed a love and skill for nannying. When I went to college (undergrad) I took a few years off and decided to be a server. Recently I have been nannying babies who fall within the ages of 1-4 years old. I am used to being around kids of all ages and looking after them and their families. I am attentive and usually form a family like connection with the children and the parents. I believe my degree also helps me as I study counseling I have learned about the stages of child development and what kind of activities assist them in growing and thriving and developing skills specific to their ages. I love babies, I have fun caring for children and being the one they play with and experience new things with. I am energetic, loyal and organized. I am caring and motivated and can juggle many things at once. I thrive in stressful situations and always rise up to a challenge. I am a very hardworking and am always willing to learn and build on my skills. I have a resume and could forward a list of references for anyone interested.
