We love working with Kate! She is attentive, responsive, and super flexible to our childcare needs. She’s been with us since our baby was 3 months old and she has made my wife’s transition back to work so much easier and has given us all the peace of mind you would want as a new parent. She cancelled 2 hours before she was supposed to arrive to babysit (for $40/hr!) because she was too sleepy..unreliable and unprofessional. Do not count on her.
