Hello! :) My name is Madison, Madi for short. I have a passion for teaching children and working with families. I am excited to have the opportunity to nanny and have a more intimate relationship with the children and family that I will work with. I have many years of experience and education in the field of Early Childhood. I received a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Northern Colorado in 2016. I have taught in a variety of Early Childhood classrooms, ranging from infants to preschool age, over the course of five years. Since September 2020, I worked in a mobile infant classroom, where I was the Lead teacher as well as a Community Navigator working with families and children impacted by Substance Use Disorder. I taught the children in my classroom and supported families by connecting them with community resources to meet their needs outside Read more of the classroom. Before September 2020, I spent three years teaching Kindergarten in Northern Colorado. I believe that every child and their families are capable of succeeding and are worthy of love, quality education, adequate resources, and respect as individuals. I value each child's and family's background, experiences, culture, and uniqueness that makes them so special. I believe that every child and family should have their needs met and their talents and efforts recognized; all children and families are important and can change the world!
