Meet Kaitlin
I have considerable experience working with children beginning with teaching in a SummerQuest program for three years in high school. After that I worked as a youth ski coach and volunteered as a soccer coach while in college. Additionally, I was a nanny for a family of four whose parents are both physicians. I babysat for children since I was 10 years old and am the oldest sibling in a family of four. I love working with kids and enjoy their energy, enthusiasm, and interactions. As an athlete, I have worked with many ages in the world of Nordic skiing involving Monday Mentoring as well as coaching local children as a member of the Colby College Nordic Ski Team. Finally my educational background at a K-12 independent school, nurtured my interest in working with children through cross-age tutoring, book buddies, and all-school events including Ski Fridays, Field Day, and International Read more breakfast. I thoroughly enjoy being with and interacting with children. I am CPR and First Aid Certified.
