Ive had experience caring for multiple families in California during college as a part time sitter. I spent 3+ years permanently sitting for a family with two girls, one autistic and 5-7 years and the younger daughter 3-5 years. I had to make sure to incorporate activities and games to engage the autistic child and really saw progress in her social interaction/development over the years. I also have experience with ages 18 mos to 18 yrs and multiple children at once, both boys and girls. In addition I taught dance classes at the YMCA to large groups of children and have my CPR certification. I recently moved to Denver from San Diego to attend nursing school and earn my second bachelors degree. I enjoy taking yoga and barre classes, reading, ballet/dance, museums, traveling and photography as well as anything outdoors.
