As a child care provider since age 11, I just recently finished raising my own family and home educating our two sons. A competent teacher and compassionate caregiver, I have experience as a babysitter, in-home daycare provider, Bible school leader, and as a teacher in home school co-ops and community college. I carry out all relevant tasks required within the scope of family and children: reading together, supervising chores, writing to grandparents, cooking dinner, etc. My favorite ages are first- and second-graders because they are so curious and eager to learn. I am fluent in English and German, having lived and worked in Germany for five years after college.
